Shipping & Returns
Thanks for shopping with Snuggo! Here's everything you need to know about getting your cosy little monster delivered — and what to do if something's not quite right.
Shipping
Processing time. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You'll get a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.
Delivery time. Estimated delivery is 4–7 business days from dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and may vary during sale periods, holidays, or due to courier delays outside our control.
Shipping costs. Calculated at checkout based on your location. Enjoy free standard shipping on orders over $80.
Where we ship. We currently ship across Australia and New Zealand. If your country isn't showing at checkout, get in touch and we'll do our best to help.
Tracking your order. Once your order ships you'll receive a tracking link by email. If you haven't received tracking within 3 business days, please contact us at hello@snuggo.com.au.
Returns & Exchanges
Our 30-day promise. If you're not completely happy, return your item within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, in original condition, with all tags attached and in their original packaging.
How to start a return. Email us at hello@snuggo.com.au with your order number and reason for return, and we'll send you the next steps.
Refunds. Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. You'll get an email confirmation when it's done.
Exchanges. Want a different size or colour? Email us at info@officialsnuggo.com and we'll sort it out.
Return shipping. We offer free returns on all Australian orders — simply use the prepaid label we provide. We recommend a tracked service, as we can't be responsible for returns lost in transit.
Faulty or incorrect items. If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days with a photo and we'll make it right — in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
